About the Fremont Family YMCA
Welcome to the Fremont Family YMCA
Our Mission
"God has given us the pathway to life and health through Jesus Christ and the Holy Scriptures. It is the mission of the FREMONT FAMILY YMCA to help put these Christian principles into practice through programs that help build healthy spirit, mind and body for all."
Our promise
At the Y, strengthening community is our cause. Everyday, we work side-by-side with our neighbors to make sure that everyone, regardless of age, income, or background, has the opportunity to learn, grow and thrive.
Focus Areas
YOUTH DEVELOPMENT: Nurturing the potential of every child and teen.
HEALTHY LIVING: Improving the nation's health and well-being.
SOCIAL RESPONSIBILITY: Giving back and providing support to our neighbors.
Our values
Caring, Honesty, Respect, and Responsibility.
Our programs nurture the greatness in every child, promote well-being throughout the community, and give back to our neighbors in need. All of this work is rooted in our four core values of caring, honesty, respect, and responsibility. We interpret our Christian principles through our core values. We are an open and affirming association respectful of all people. We strive to create a safe and welcoming environment for people to feel comfortable.
