STRENGTHENING OUR COMMUNITY

Welcome to the FREMONT FAMILY YMCA – the second largest YMCA in the United States.

YMCA Mission
– God has given us the pathway to life and health through Jesus Christ and the Holy Scriptures. It is the mission of the FREMONT FAMILY YMCA to help put these Christian principles into practice through programs that help build healthy spirit, mind and body for all.

No Youth Denied
– Any youth may belong to the YMCA regardless of income or family situation. If you know of a youth who would like to belong, please contact the YMCA staff.

The Evelyn Sidner Youth Endowment will provide all youth of Fremont age 14 and under with free ice time at all open skating and stick and puck. Please inquire at the Sidner Ice Arena's front desk for more information.

The YMCA Foundation, through the generosity of Neil and Bonnie Schilke, has scholarships available toward a goal of "no youth denied" to the Sidner Ice Arena. Please inquire at the Sidner Ice Arena's front desk for application forms.

BRING A FRIEND FOR FREE!!
September 11-24
Are you currently a Fremont Family YMCA member and you have a friend who is a non-member but they would like to try a fitness class or two before joining? This is the time for them to try us out at no cost to them. We want to pack our fitness classes with some new faces and hopefully convert them into members. A new fitness schedule starts soon with new water classes added.

The glass door that connects the YMCA's main building to the hallway of the Sidner Ice Arena is now closed to foot traffic due to the construction of the aquatic center. To go to the Sidner Ice Arena, you will need to use the main entrance off Military Avenue. Sorry for the inconvenience!
